Lina Daouk-Öyry
Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology, BI Norwegian Business School

Lina is an Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology at BI Norwegian School of Business, a Visiting Researcher at Aalto University, and an Adjunct Professor at the American University of Beirut (AUB). Lina's interdisciplinary and translational approach to research focuses on collaborating with researchers and practitioners across scientific disciplines to ensure the applicability of research in practice. Lina is the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Scholar Award from the Arab Fund for Social and Economic Development and her scholarly activism work was recognized by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) as “innovations that inspire”. Lina is an advocate of women’s and other minority groups rights and have collaborated on several projects to advance workplace inclusion. She is one of the lead researchers on the Support and Accelerate Workplace Inclusion (SAWI) project, where she plays an active role in advancing gender-inclusive employer policies and women's economic participation across the Arab Middle East and North Africa region. Lina served as a Women in Data Science (WiDs) Ambassador for more than 4 years and is also a founding member of Lebanon's Feminist Civil Society Platform led by UN Women.

Dr. Siri Lindholm

Dr Siri Lindholm is a graduate of the University of the Arts London where her background lies in fashion and fashion theory. She is an associate lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts and Southampton University where she supervises student dissertations in Cultural Studies. Her own research interests centre around gender and equality where she has written on girls' dress, sexualisation and victim blaming narratives in cases of sexual violence. More recently she has begun working on a Finnish-funded book project detailing the normalization of physical pain over the course of women's reproductive journeys. She is currently a visiting researcher at Aalto-University.
